We work directly with employers to understand where skills gaps exist today and where they're headed, then develop the workforce to a level of competency that connects Gary's people to the jobs employers are working hard to fill.
We work to increase household income and income per capita by helping residents get great jobs and employers get great talent. A stronger Gary economy starts with Gary people earning enough in wages to build self-sufficiency right here at home.
